Have you started your 2021 Family Adventure Calendar yet? One of the greatest qualities about having an RV is that it allows your family to vacation more, by spending less. Bringing your own food, eliminating hotel rooms and plane tickets -- all means you can create even MORE memories!

To add a little variety to your 2021 vacation planning (while still being COVID-safe), we've tracked down a few unique ideas and experiences that you can drive to in your own cozy, contained RV.

*If your RV has been in winter storage for a while, remember to have a thorough maintenance and appliance check before hitting the road. We offer several same-day service options at Family Fun RV in Portland, Oregon - so whether you live here or are just passing through, please visit our Parts & Service Department for your travel trailer, fifth wheel, toy hauler, vanlife and RV needs!*

Camp With...Alpacas

Yep - you can take the family to a campground right here in Oregon, where they can be surrounded by alpacas - only at the Laughing Alpaca Campground in Cave Junction, Oregon. This campground IS open for the 2021 camping season! Riverfront spaces are not only beautiful, but the river is slow-moving enough that you can also enjoy kayaking, canoeing, and paddle boarding. If you'd rather camp around bats, bison, and manatee instead - check out this animal park campground list by KOA.
