Service Technician

We are seeking 2 full time Service Technician's:

Service Technicians diagnose, inspect, adjust, repair, or overhaul recreational vehicles including travel trailers. May specialize in maintaining gas, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, or chassis Fluids/towing systems as well as repairing generators, appliances, and interior components.

Essential Functions

•    Read work orders and examine vehicle or trailer needing repair to determine the nature and extent of service needed.
•    May consult with customers in assessment of repairs and/or work needed
•    Inspect vehicle or trailer to determine overall condition
•    May communicate with customers or other team members to assess problems to determine diagnosis and work needed
•    Inspect vehicles or trailers to diagnose problems and perform necessary adjustment, repair or overhaul. This may include plumbing, propane lines, electrical systems, furnace or air conditioning units, etc.
•    Repair worn, damaged, or defective mechanical parts.
•    Repair leaks and water damaged areas. Prevent further damage by caulking or replacing pipes.
•    List parts needs, estimated costs, and time needed for unit repairs.
•    Remove structural damaged exterior or internal panels. 
•    Meet expected efficiency and productivity goals
 


Qualifications

•    High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school related to industry a plus.
•    3-5 years repair experience in one or more of these skilled trades: RV interior/exterior, boat interior/exterior, building maintenance, carpentry, cars, electrical systems, fiberglass, high/low voltage systems, hydraulics, HVAC, plumbing, welding, propane systems preferred.
•    Able to work in a collaborative team environment.
•    Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
•    Ability to take direction.
•    Works and maintains a safety conscious environment.
•    Able to work independently, problem solve, and prioritize tasks.

Working conditions

Exposed to a shop environment with moving objects and vehicles. Personal protective equipment is supplied when working in and around elevated noise levels. May be exposed to chemicals and cleaning components. Exposure to propane tanks and equipment that may require lockout-tagout. Exposed to weather elements at times

Physical requirements

Ability to see details in close range. Oral comprehension to listen and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words. Ability to quickly move hands, grasping, manipulating or assembling objects. Able to communicate information and ideas in speaking so others will understand. Major portion of working hours include walking, standing, stooping, crawling, kneeling, and bending.

Pay is contingent on skills and training. $18.00 + Per Hour Depending on Experience (Performace Raise after 90 days)

Description
Professional RV Sales Consultant is responsible to be highly engaged with the customer’s experience in the purchase of a recreational vehicle or trailer. With high integrity they will adhere to the sales process set forth by company procedures and standards.
 
Essential Functions:
•    Give exceptional customer service while following the company values
•    Follow the 7 steps to the sale
•    Learn Inventory, new and used, floorplans, etc.
•    Demonstrate specific product functions and uses
•    Manage the CRM, follow up, complete daily To-Do’s
•    Answer phones and greet customers as they walk in the door
•    Understand the basic structure of a deal and how to write up a deal
•    Continuously learn new products by studying, learning from factory reps, etc.
•    Be there for customers on day of delivery and follow up with customers after the sale
Qualifications
•    High school diploma or equivalent required.
•    Proven top sales performer in another commission-based environment.
•    Driver’s license and insurable.
•    Exceptional verbal and interpersonal communication skills.

Detail

Seeking Full Time Interior/Exterior Detailer

$800.00 Sign On Bonus after 90 days (720 Hours)
Description

Detailers provide interior and exterior cleaning services that meet company specifications. Detailers handle everything from washing and vacuuming to more intensive cleaning jobs, including steaming and deodorizing interiors, and applying waxes, polishes, or protective agents.

Essential Functions:

•    Clean RV’s and travel trailers inside and outside based on established detail procedures
•    May operate carpet shampooers, pressure washers, chemical mixing station, standers and other equipment to clean, wax, polish, prep and refurbish new and used units
•    Reach reconditioning goals and/or delivery dates set forth by management
•    Create and maintain a clean and safe work environment 
•    Collaborate with team members 
•    Report any damage found or caused to management 
•    Maintain dealership’s standard of excellence in quality and service
•    Notify management of any equipment in need of repair
•    May perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned


Qualifications

•    High school diploma or equivalent preferred
•    Prior dealership detail experience washing and detailing new and used vehicles or units a plus
•    Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience a plus
•    Valid Driver’s License with a clean, insurable, driving record
•    Proven ability to work in all elements of weather

Use of hands and arms handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating workspace. Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time. Appropriate personal protective equipment will be provided for use of chemicals including, but not limited to, respirator and safety glasses.

Service Advisor

Service Advisor
$1500.00 Sign On Bonus after 90 days (720 Hours) 

Description
Schedules and manages all customer service repair needs. Creates work orders, transfers customer concerns to work orders, properly dispatch work to technicians, manages repairs, updates customer of repair progress, and meets customer deadline dates, quality checks repairs to meet customer promises and expectations. Works with manufacture warranty companies by filing claims to get approvals for repairs to start. Process all warranty claims for payment once repairs are completed. If customer pay, takes payment before pickup.
 
Essential Functions
•    Ensure that all work orders are accurate and addresses all customer concerns with as much detail added as possible
•    Create Warranty claims and provide to manufacture warranty companies for approvals to start work 
•    Supervise customer pay and warranty technicians to meet deadline dates and quality goals
•    Ensure that all claims have been proceed properly so that there are no denials resulting in warranty dollars shortage, this includes returning of all parts requested by manufacture of that claim  
•    Maintain a safe work environment that meets all requirements
•    Schedule and set customer appointments that allow repairs to be completed on time
•    Demonstrates Corporate Values in action within the department, organization, insurance companies and customers
•    Manage open work order report on a daily basis
•    Manage outstanding receivables by keeping all receivables within 30 days 
•    Assumes other activities and responsibilities from time to time as directed
•    Commitment to ongoing personal and professional development 
•    Provides accurate information to warranty manufactures when seeking approvals 
•    Create, publish and monitor on weekly basis Tech productivity report.  Ensure Tech productivity standards are met and address noncompliance.
 
Qualifications
•    High school diploma or equivalent required
•    Prior service advisor experience is a plus
•    Prior warranty claims submission is a plus
•    Dispatching, customer service experience a plus
